Design Team - Make it Monday: Vellum Flowers

Hello everyone!
Mae here for Make it Monday
Today, I'm going to show you how I made vellum flowers using the
CC Design Christmas Light Bulb Border Die.
These are the things I used:
Glossy Accent (or any liquid glue of your choice)
Distress Ink Pads (color of your choice)
Petal Roller
3D Foam Adhesives
Dauber & Foam Mat

 ~*~*~*~*~*~*~
1. Cut the vellum paper thru a die cutting maching with the CCD cutter.
~*~*~*~*~*~
2. Stain each bulb with a dauber using the ink / color of your choice.
 ~*~*~*~*~*~

3. Let it dry.  It's take a while for vellum to absorb ink.
~*~*~*~*~*~

4. Using a molding/ shaping tool, shape the un-inked side of the bulb.  Be sure your ink is dry so it won't transfer to the foam or molding mat.
 ~*~*~*~*~*~

5.  This is how it will look like after shaping.

 ~*~*~*~*~*~

6. Cut each bulb and adhere them to dimensional foam adhesives like so.
 ~*~*~*~*~*~

7.Apply a drop of Glossy Accents or any clear liquid glue of your choice before adhering the second layer of petal. Offset the second layer from the base layer.
~*~*~*~*~*~

8. Adhere a sticky half pearl in the middle. You can also drop a small amount of clear glue before placing the pearl.

And here's the card I made using the Vellum Flowers!
